Are these products legal?

Can’t I just get these streams on my computer?

There are several apps and websites that allow you to connect to online streaming content. The reality is most of them have malware, broken links annoying and inappropriate pop-ups. The Jetsream box keeps your computer safe and does all the searching and sorting of the SAFE streaming content and delivers it to you. More than likely, any streaming app you are using is already pre-loaded, in addition to 1000’s of others, and you can access them without any risk of malware or broken links.

Do your products provide software updates?

Yes each product we offer has automatic updates and some of them periodically provide software updates to enhance our customers user experience. All the Ad-ons and Applications themselves will update on their own periodically. Any software updates will also happen automatically by running the Wizard.

What kind of internet do I need?

We suggest at least 15 mbps for live streaming and 5mbps for the normal viewing. Most the options come equipped with 2.4Ghz & 5Ghz dual band WiFi for super fast streaming of all your media content. Also there is an ethernet port.

All I need is an internet connection to use your products?

YES! Keep in mind this will turn your TV into a Smart TV and while you do need an internet connection to stream content from the Internet, you do not need an internet connection to use our products. You can use our products to play games and use your downloaded apps without an internet connection. Also our TV box comes with built in storage, so you can download and store media content for later viewing if you know you will be without an internet connection.

Can I access TV in other countries?

Yes you will have access to many live channels, TV series and movies in countries outside of the USA. There are stations from Asia, Latin America, Europe and Africa.

Can I travel with the products?

Yes the box is region free and as long as it has internet access, you can stream the content.
